Giri Carik in Sidemen was an absolute gem of a find. the location was simply breathtaking. Situated in a beautiful valley, surrounded by rice terraces and lush greenery, it felt like being in a tropical paradise. The hotel really made the most of this stunning setting by providing rooms with private terraces, allowing guests to soak in the magnificent views. Speaking of the rooms, they were clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a lovely outside bathroom adding a touch of luxury. Another highlight was the attentive and friendly staff. From the moment we arrived, their warm hospitality made us feel right at home. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast with views of the volcano in the distance - a perfect start to the day. In terms of value for money, this hotel exceeded all expectations.

Spending our Easter weekend in Bali was a great choice. We experienced complete serenity in a peaceful oasis that allowed us to fully disconnect from the everyday chaos. The view from our room was breathtaking, we woke up to the stunning sight of rice fields and mountains. We could taste the freshness of the ingredients in every meal provided in the small restaurant of the hotel, which added to the overall enjoyment of the stay.

The internet connection was not very strong which limited our ability to stay connected with our loved ones back home. , noise from occasional construction in the nearby area was a bit of a distraction and took away from the tranquil atmosphere.

We had an incredible time at Giri Carik! Our two-hour walking tour around the rice terrace was the best in Sidemen. Crossing streams barefoot and learning about the local culture was an unforgettable experience. The outside shower was refreshing, and seeing a gecko on the ceiling at night was a unique touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, adding to the peaceful and tranquil atmosphere. The new restaurant on the second floor had a clean and comfortable ambiance with stunning views of Mount Agung. We can't wait to go back!
